Why should you start scuba diving?

Diving is a great way to experience the underwater world. With an endless supply of beautiful places to dive, our planet has so much to explore below the water. One of the best parts is the marine life interactions. Watch a turtle swim past, a grey reef shark having a snooze or a school of tuna playing. These interactions will become some of your best memories.

Diving is great for both your physical and mental health. It is a form of meditation, being underwater away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. It is physical, the gear alone weighs about 20 kg. During the dive, you also exert a lot of energy while swimming and moving through the water.

Most dive centers support ocean conservation and protection and do their bit to try and preserve our wonderful planet. By going diving, you can help with clean-ups, coral restoration or other conservation projects.

Scuba diving is a way to explore and travel the world. Visit interesting places and learn about different cultures. Scuba divers are a tightly knitted group brought together by their shared passion for the sea. It’s extremely social, and a great way to make friends and meet new people. Take a giant leap into the underwater world.

Protect the oceans. Save the world.

Our oceans are at a turning point, with temperatures and sea levels rising, the habitat of all marine animals is at risk. You can be the difference.
